Non Voice Process in KPO/BPO

The field comes in BPO/KPO Sector, where the one has no interaction with the clients or customer. No phone calls nothing. They used to sit before there p.c. and simply work, what is assigned by their supervisor. Some of the cases, they used to do non-voice chat, in the sense reply for the queries of the customer and they used to solve by replying a mail only.

Most of the projects come like form filling, or link building, link generation or etc...

As I mention in one of my previous blogs, that as Voice Process has boomed in Indian Market, same way non-voice process also helped Indian Market at some level. And the people who are not much familiar or have a bad communication problems, can get a job in this sector. To get a job in this field one must be strong in the typing and should be accurate, and computer basics are most necessary and key thing to it. And rest of talent comes itself, when one enters in this field.

So, non-voice process is also a strong part of IT-Industry and BPO sector.
